I am a financial and research communications professional and a child protection activist from Turku. I work as a Communications Manager at an economic research institute, and in addition, I serve on the board of Työkanava Oy, a government special task company that employs partially able-bodied people. In addition I serve as a deputy commissioner of the welfare region of Southwest Finland and as a deputy member of the Turku Urban Environment Board. I promote the human rights, equality and equity. I am committed to promoting decision-making that is based on independent research, combats inequality and invests through education, research and development in sustainable growth that takes into account the limits of climate and nature.
